All levels, beginners welcome, half the class is gentle flow, the second half is restorative yoga.

Essential Yoga

10-11AM

Wednesdays

With Heather

Level: Beginner/ All

This Hatha style yoga class offers beginners and seasoned yogis a chance to study and learn the yoga poses, meditation and breath work...the essentials. Emphasis will be placed on alignment and finding how to make yoga work for you.

Detox Flow

9-10 AM
Tuesdays

With Kelsey

 

Level: Level 1&2 (This class is Vinyasa inspired and a movement based practice. If you have issues with mobility or cardiovascular conditions this class is not for you.

 

a fusion of vinyasa flow and deep asana, with a focus on pranayama breathing and grounding the body

Weekend Warrior Flow

10-11AM
Saturdays

Level: Level 1&2 (This class is Vinyasa inspired and a movement based practice. If you have issues with mobility or cardiovascular conditions this class is not for you.

 

Get in the flow of things. Vinyasa inspired movement will connect you with your breath and your joy. Let the music and the rhythm of your practice invigorate you.
