Essential Yoga with Heather Carpenter

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Vital Current Yoga attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

This class is designed with every yogi in mind, from first-timers to advanced. We hold asanas for 3-5 minutes for a chance to take your practice a little deeper. Bringing attention to the breath-- to connect mind, body and spirit.
Align and Flow with Heather Carpenter
A flow class that offers challenging sequencing and asana for the strong, seasoned yogi.
Harmony Flow with Meg Humphrey
Everyone can enjoy an energized and harmonious state of being doing this one-hour class. Use of pranayama (breath), asanas (sequenced poses) and meditation are emphasized in this practice, designed to be holistically refreshing and is appropriate all levels.
