As a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and doula- providing a safe environment where people feel heard and supported is the most important thing to me.

Healing happens when people can let their guard down. Trust and transparency does wonders for a therapeutic relationship.

I have a thirst for knowledge and I am in a constant process of learning and unlearning in both the massage and yoga world. I have a bit of an obsession with busting yoga myths and teaching from the heart of yoga- doing my best to honor its tradition and sacred wisdom beyond modern postural yoga. In massage I have learned many left of center truths that move away from the unhelpful and sometimes harmful wellness culture tropes about what massage does and that your somehow broken.

I have received training in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Restorative yoga, Chair yoga, Pranayama, Pre-natal/Post-natal and Yin yoga. My teachers include Noah Maze, Rocky Heron, Tiffany Cruickshank, Paul Grilley, Prasad Rangnekar, and others.

My massage education has led me to deeper study in pain science, Poly-vagul theory, Somatics, Antiracism, Intersectionality, Feminism, Ayurveda, Trigger-point therapy, Myo-fascial Release, Accupressure, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reiki, Pre-natal and Post-natal massage. My style as a massage therapist is heavily influenced by what I have discovered along the way, but I do not adhere to any strict modality or techniques.
