Yoga for the Biofield

Rise and Shine

10-11am Tuesday and Friday

Beginner Friendly/ All levels

Wake up and start the day with simple and focused sequences made to help you move more freely, lift your spirits and increase your focus for the rest of the day. Learn how to use your props to accommodate your needs in class. Get curious about poses and how they work.

Please bring props--- block(s), bolster, blanket, yoga strap, yoga mat-- are encouraged.

Hatha and Flow
*indoor- mask optional
with Heather C 

5:00-6:00pm Monday

Level 2/ experienced mover

Let's mix it up with a little flow and a little stillness. Everything you need to get centered and stronger. Develop your practice and go deep with breath work, movement, and awareness.

YOGA CHILL

All levels

Sometimes less is more. In this class we will explore non linear movement and other somatic practices to ground ourselves. We will incorporate concepts from yin yoga and restorative yoga along with deep rest and slow chill flows. Honestly, it isn't easy to slow down and embrace relaxation, but the benefit will always be there for us if we do...
