Beginner Friendly/ All levels
Wake up and start the day with simple and focused sequences made to help you move more freely, lift your spirits and increase your focus for the rest of the day. Learn how to use your props to accommodate your needs in class. Get curious about poses and how they work.
Please bring props--- block(s), bolster, blanket, yoga strap, yoga mat-- are encouraged.
Prana Flow

6:00-7:00pm Wednesday
All levels
Prana flow is a synergy of breath and movement. Including Vinyasa, Pranayama, and Kundalini.
