Wake up and start the day with simple and focused sequences made to help you move more freely, lift your spirits and increase your focus for the rest of the day. Learn how to use your props to accommodate your needs in class. Get curious about poses and how they work.

Yoga on the Deck is an unforgettable Oregon Coast Experience. You can not beat the view, the whales, the brunch and the unpredictable yet always perfect weather. Class is before Redfish opens, no food or drinks available until after class. The deck gets crowded fast, this class is first come first serve. A hat/sunglasses, sunblock, and water are also suggested.

Start the week and end the day by nurturing rest and release. This Yin/Restorative Yoga class encourages us to slow down. We will use props and gravity to give our muscles a break, strengthen our joints, focus on long, deep stretches, and hold witness to within.
